RETURN & REFUND POLICY

PRODUCT REFUND
BIKE eRACK® accepts the return and proceeds to the refund of new and unused standard product, eRACK1, eRACK2, eRACK3, eRACK4, and eRACK5, with the standard hitch bar of 16 or 18 inches, received at our facilities, in its original packaging, within 30 days following the date of delivery to the purchaser’s address, or from the date of pick-up at our facilities. The refund is not applicable on customize eRACK®, eRACK® Trike Universal and Classic Delta Trike and MX eRACK®. When returning unused product, the customer has to pay a 20% restocking fee when we proceed the refund.
Customers who want to be refunded before the completion of the eRACK®, will be charged 3% of administration fee.
The shipping cost for the return of the product to our facilities (909 Seymour Blvd., North Vancouver, BC, V7J 2J7, Canada) is the responsibility of the purchaser, as for the original shipment of the product.
