The sales taxes, tariffs or any other import fees will be charged by your states or country according to their rates and the payment is due to the carrier delivering the eRACK.

U.S. Customers: Our products are compliant with the USMCA trade agreement therefore the preferential tariffs treatment apply, our products are tariff exempt. New U.S. rule, the carrier (DHL) will require personal identification information to deliver the package. The tariffs and rules can change at any time without notice as this is out of our control.

Due to high demand, we have a wait time of about 10 to 12 weeks for any eRACK. We don’t accept any customer’s deadlines. Order with customization could take longer. Thank you for your patience.
