Sales Taxes, tariffs and other fees, for U.S. and international, are paid by the customers

The sales taxes, tariffs or any other import fees will be charged by your states or country according to their rates and the payment is due to the carrier delivering the eRACK.

U.S. Customers: Our products are compliant with the USMCA trade agreement therefore the preferential tariffs treatment apply. In order to be tariff exempt, the carrier (DHL) will require personal identification information to deliver the package. If you have your own customs broker, please advise DHL when they contact you.

Due to high demand, we have a wait time of about 10 to 12 weeks for any eRACK. We don’t accept any customer’s deadlines. Thank you for your patience
